NorWest Hydraulic & Pneumatic Inc has developed a proprietary Skirt Lifting device that permits the uniform raising and lowering of the Telescoping Skirts and eliminates all binding.  NorWest also had developed a proprietary Automated Latching Mechanism to couple the Telescoping Skirt to the Bottom Head.
