Ken manages our repair center, oversees system retrofits, and quarterbacks our mobile service fleet. He is knowledgable about practical applications and takes a methodical approach to any system the shop repairs or fabricates. His customer service is second to none and he always goes the extra mile to ensure the job is done right the first time. Ken is an avid fisherman and also spends some of his spare time as a local archery technician. We're lucky to have him on our team!
